Our services at Fairy Tale Weddings are available based upon our hourly service fee or the various packages offered below.  Should you require services not listed below, please feel free to call us and we would be happy to customize a package for your specific needs.

One hour FREE Initial Consultation available to all clients Services available for EVERY budget ala carte

Basic Service Package 

• Up to 4 hours of consultation services

• planning, budget review, recommendations, etc.

Silver Service Package

• Up to 10 hours of consultation services

• planning and development of theme

• budget review and oversight

• vendor recommendations

• music suggestions for ceremony and reception

Gold Service Package

• Up to 20 hours of consultation services

• planning and development of theme

• budget review and oversight

• vendor recommendations

• music suggestions for ceremony and reception

• negotiate and review vendor contracts prior to signature

Platinum Service Package

• Unlimited consultation services

• planning and development of theme

• budget review and oversight

• music suggestions for ceremony and reception

• negotiate and review vendor contracts prior to signature

• confirm vendor services are in place for day of wedding

• assist with floral selections, favors, wedding party gifts, & escort cards

• assemble, address and mail invitations (invitations/calligraphy & postage paid for by the bride and groom)

• track response cards

• oversee guests list and table/seating assistance

• final consultation prior to wedding to review all details

• coordinate ceremony rehearsal

• oversee wedding ceremony and reception (see Day of the Wedding package)

Day of the Wedding Package

• Available full day of the wedding through reception

• Handling of all the "little tasks" on your wedding day

• Recommendations for the Ceremony Programs

• Review program prior to printing for errors/corrections

• Arrive prior to ceremony to ensure site is set up

• Work with the Church/Venue Coordinator, if there is one

• Assist wedding party, family & guests on your wedding day

• Organize Processional and Recessional at Ceremony

• Keep Bridal Party on schedule

• Work behind the scenes to avoid any interferences;

• Cue Musicians/Band/DJ

• Assist Bride and Groom as needed

• Organize receiving line and head table, if needed

• Confirm vendor services one week prior to wedding

• Coordinate events @ Reception (dinner, first dance, toast, cutting of the cake, garter toss, bouquet toss, etc.)

• On site trouble shooting during entire wedding celebration

• Ensure tables are organized and arranged as designated (favors, escort cards, etc. before bride/groom and guests arrive)

• Oversee all vendor committments and make sure they're fulfilled to your standards

• Confirm bridal suite/accommodations are confirmed and ready for Bride and Groom

• Confirm honeymoon reservations

• Note: Scheduling and attendance at ceremony rehearsal with Bridal Party the evening before wedding included.

Rehearsal/Ceremony Package

• Contact vendors one week prior to wedding to confirm details and contract obligations are fulfilled

• Coordinate rehearsal at Ceremony site with Bridal party and family

• Oversee and troubleshoot Ceremony on day of the wedding

Kristy and I unconditionally recommend Mary Homer as a wedding coordinator.
